Air Conditioning units also have a dehumidifier mode that can control the humidity in the room. Not only does this help make the room more comfortable but it helps look after the electrical equipment in the room. The units also feature a set back feature, this means that if the office is empty and it becomes too warm or too cold the unit will turn on and manage the temperature and keep it below the preset levels of safety you require.
